You won't find a more beautiful, secure, natural setting within the Grand Strand, boasting first class accommodations and amenities in a family friendly environment. Parking within the resort is free. Just a short walk to the east you will find the ocean and to the west you will discover the Barefoot Landing shopping/entertainment/restaurant complex. It is truly a place where you can relax at the beach, spend time with family and friends, or shop or dine to your heart's content. It's a perfect accommodation for a family vacation, 1 or 2 couples for a getaway, or a Flex-cation with free Wi-Fi. Check-In and Check-Out are both Contactless. Our condo is located off an outside hallway and is accessed by either an elevator or outdoor stairs. The resort features: 6 Outdoor Swimming Pools, 1 indoor Swimming Pool with Spa/Hot Tub, a 9-Hole Putting Green, a Tennis Complex with Pickle Ball, and an Ocean Front Beach Club. With 24 hour On-Site Security, you will enjoy knowing that you and your family/friends are safe and secure within the Gated Resort Grounds. Recreation: The private ocean-front beach club sports a large outdoor swimming pool and kiddy pool, volleyball area, children's playground, and beachfront seasonal bar and grill. You could easily spend all day at the club and never tire of it. The Tennis Center has 5 clay courts and a Pickle Ball court. Tennis lessons are available from the resident Pro. It's the perfect environment for anyone that enjoys tennis - best in Myrtle Beach! If you love to walk or jog, you will find no finer place. Choose from either the manicured grounds of the resort or the sand beneath your feet on the Atlantic Ocean beach. At the end of your day, reward yourself with a quick swim in the indoor pool followed by relaxing time in the hot tub before sauntering back to the condo. We work hard to keep our condo current and comfortable for our guests. The Living Room sports a queen size sleeper sofa and a swivel chair and rocking chair. The dining has a granite table. The primary bedroom has a new bed and Casper mattress and the second bedroom has a twin bed and recently upgraded new queen bed and Casper mattress. Additionally, we've renovated the bathrooms with ceramic tile floors, updated vanities and commodes. Condo Amenities: Our condo includes 2 balconies: one off the primary bedroom with seating for two, and a screened-in balcony off the living room which seats four. Both overlook the landscaped grounds of the resort. The primary bedroom features a king size bed; the second bedroom features 1 twin bed and 1 queen size bed. Each bedroom and the living room include a LCD cable TV. All beds are supportive and comfortable providing you and your family/friends with a good night's rest. A full bathroom ensuite is conveniently located directly off each bedroom. Each bathroom has its own room heater and a hair dryer. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You will also find a very comfortable rocking chair and swivel chair there. The condo presents as fresh and clean as the kitchen, bathrooms, living room and dining room are freshly painted. The bedrooms have neutral wallpaper. Additional Condo Amenities: The kitchen has been renovated and comes with silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. All appliances were recently upgraded in 2022/2023\. The bathrooms and kitchen floors feature neutral ceramic tile; the bedrooms, living room and dining room are all carpeted (carpet is steam cleaned 2-3 times per year). You can enjoy sharing a meal in the dining room at the beautiful granite table. Having stayed at this resort multiple times, I was familiar but never used VRBO to visit. Multiple family members stopped by our room during the stay and commented on how much "nicer and more inviting" the colors, higher quality appliances, bathroom and kitchen appearance, outdoor balcony furniture and overall design of the condo was compared to theirs. Small details like hooks hanging in the balcony wall to dry your items and surge protectors at each bedside/end of couch, because you know we have devices! It was definitely an upgrade compared to previous units. We had an awesome time at this Ocean Creek resort, one of the most spacious places we've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach. Kevin was a great host! It is really hard to find a place so close to the water that will compensate five people and not be cramped up, but we had more than enough room here. The 24/7 gated security really helps to make the whole family feel safe and secure throughout the whole resort as well as your vehicle. I give it 10 stars all day. We were so fortunate to find this condo available over the holiday weekend. The unit was lovely, updated and most importantly clean. It had all the amenities and provisions you needed for a perfect getaway. We've stayed in a number of condos on the Ocean Creek property (while our own unit is being renovated) and this was one of the nicest. The owner was very responsive and the entire rental process went smoothly. Although I'm hoping it won't be neccessary, I would absolutely stay here again and certainly recommend renting from Kevin. ##### Suzanne G. His condo is nothing short of perfection, from the location which is in walking distance to Barefoot Landing in a gated resort, to the cleanliness of the condo. A wonderful condo fully loaded with amenities including pool, and beach access. The condo was clean and just as pictured. The owner has great communication and customer service skills.
