Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Normally I camp with my family but this year my 86 year old mom wanted to come so I rented a villa here for the first time. The staff was friendly and the villa was great! I have already reserved another villa for next year for me and mom. Can't wait for some more memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice and very spacious. Only thing was fans in there and around furniture legs was quiet a lot of dog hair. And nothing kept ants out. Stay was wonderful. Would do it again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa needs some upgrades for the price it should be updated. Blinds were broken upon arrival. The hot water was cold after two people took a shower. Light outside was out and it kept tripping GFI.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental accommodated my needs. It does need some updating. Some of the furniture is dated along with the window treatments. My main complaint is parking. They have plants in the front so if you park your car you will be in the road and you might get hit or security will make you move . Close to the side of the house is a huge metal box which makes it impossible to pull your car down that side along with a wood deck on the ground. The other side is for a camper and you will have to make friends with them and hope they have room for you to park.

Reviewer Comments: The Rental was very Clean, very comfortable stay, if there was a negative, it would be how small the lot was, not to mention the leaking water spigot in the back of the house, which was flooding the campers on the right.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location- needs a real good cleaning and some upgrades on dishes and furniture. We got moved from our previous villa rental to this one. Smelled awful upon arrival. Christmas Eve. Next morning found dirt everywhere. Dishes floors walls lights everything was dirty. Upon wanting to do laundry I found mold in washer. Mold in kitchen over sink lights. Furniture is broken and dirty. Front door doesn’t work got locked in several times. The villa is nice and location is perfect but desperately needs cleaning and upgrades.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here, and would stay again. The house is located very close to the beach and the indoor pool. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we all were comfortable here. The beds actually slept pretty good for a vacation rental. The only negative thing I would have to say is the pull out bed should be replace as it was not on the best condition. Also the hot water does not last long but if you spread out showers you should be just fine. Overall a great experience. This was out first time in a vacation rental here. We usually stay in a camper when we go.

Reviewer Comments: Was great but all the charges are a little crazy Especially for the Clean linen.if I know I got charged for it I would have told them I don't need it and a little much for cleaning and dogs especially if they were very small dogs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this Villa! The place was in a great location to all the amenities. My only complaint was that it wasn’t very clean. The front bedroom bathroom had issues. The main shower door was pretty much stuck and hard to move. The smell when we walked in had a fishy smell. Rugs leading into Villa were torn and not kept up. I feel like if they made a few simple changes the place would get all five stars. We do plan on going back next summer. Hopefully we will see some change😍

Had to use the bath house. No sheets that would fit one of the beds. It appeared to be a camper queen mattress placed on top of a full box spring. No blankets.
