This newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is at the World Tour Resort. In addition to a location overlooking re-creations of some of the world's greatest golf holes, it is extremely convenient to other area courses, including River Oaks just a half-mile away. Other nearby courses include Moorland, Parkland, Heathland, Myrtle Beach National, Pine Lakes and Whispering Pines. Accommodations feature full kitchen, outdoor pool, Wi-Fi and more. Just minutes from the beach, 100 shops of Tanger Outlet Center and the many attractions of Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are also within 6 miles. 10 miles from Coastal Carolina University.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath is stocked with towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent, paper towels, a blow dryer, an iron and more.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bathroom, 2 night stands, a dresser, a flat screen tv and a closet.

Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds, access to the main bathroom from with in the room, 1 night stand, a dresser, a flat screen tv and a closet.

If you are traveling with a baby there is a pack and play for you to use.

Non Negotiables:
- NO smoking of any kind will be permitted inside.
*A $250 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is reported by housekeeping

- Parking pass needed to park in World Tour and is provided for the length of stay by owner

Alicia was an excellent host! She was quick to respond any time I had a question. I recommend changing the entry lock system as it was frustrating having to put the code in 3-4 times every time we left. Alicia was quick to message and help us through it though! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay!

Accurate description of the property. We visited for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken experience, so the proximity of the condo was perfect! Quiet and peaceful building. Pool right outside, nice and close. Beds were comfortable and several amenities provided throughout the condo which gave a special, personal touch. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Myrtle Beach!

Perfect!!

My family and I were staying for a softball tournament in Myrtle Beach. This was a perfect location, everything was within 15-20 minutes. The condo was comfortable, clean, spacious and right across from the pool! The condo was well stocked with everything you would need! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We went on vacation with our family. This condo was perfect for us: super clean, well equipped, quiet and cozy. It is a lovely and very confortable place to stay, like home, away from home. Beautiful Home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alicia's property. Even though it was a short stay for us, the home had everything we needed. We don't play golf, however overlooking the golf course was nice and peaceful. The pool is directly across from the building and looked great, but we didn't get a chance to use it. The decor in the home is warm and cozy and makes you feel like you're home away from home. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

Convenient. Quiet. Well-equipped.

This development has good access to a wide variety of grocery and convenience shopping and to good, casual dining as well as fast-food outlets. There is ample parking. The building is in good repair and had an elevator, making move-in easy. This unit is nicely appointed and seemed to be well-stocked for short stays of just a few days. We stayed for 5 weeks and had everything we needed to eat-in. There is a full set of pots and pans as well as baking ware, all in good condition. There are 12 plates and bowls, several smaller dishes, equivalent numbers of cutlery/flatware, seemingly endless mugs and glassware, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms were likewise well stocked with towels. The host was responsive (and patient!) as we learned the new-to-us keypad entry system. When we had questions or any small issues, she addressed them quickly. Before we arrived, we asked whether there was a Keurig coffee maker, just so we would know for stocking coffee. The host bought a new unit for our stay. Super impressed. We also enjoyed the balcony - it's private and large enough for comfortable seating.
