The villa is located on private land of 2,500 sq.m, in the village of Perama, 4 km away from the well-known beaches of Panormo village. The area is tranquil, offering mountain views from the surrounding area. It is well-suited to either a couple seeking privacy or a family holiday, close to the lively city of Rethymno on the island of Crete in Greece! It is furnished in a combination of romantic and traditional touches and can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if necessary! Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area of the living room with a fireplace, a 52” HDTV and video games, the indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. Also on the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has direct access to a furnished balcony where you can find another dining table with views of the pool area and the sea. You will find the main bathroom with a bath and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There is one bedroom with two single beds, which was mainly designed to accommodate children and a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. Finally, on the other side, there is the main double bedroom with a bathroom in the room. Outdoors there is a 2.500 square meters highly fenced area covered by grasses and trees! Our outdoor facilities include: \- 50 sqm swimming pool with 8 sunbeds. \- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with dining table. \- A variety of furnished spots (with sunbeds, outdoor sofas and armchairs) for relaxing in the balconies and the gardens around the villa. \- Safe areas for children to play. \- A table tennis. \- Gated parking space for three cars. Although neighbouring houses are nearby, the outdoor area offers privacy because of the high trees around the fence. The unique benefits of Villa Sevdas are: \- Outstanding panoramic mountain view from the balconies. The location, as the villa is situated 4 km away from the beach while being close to Panormo where you can go by foot, and you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and various other amenities. It is also an ideal base for those wishing to make excursions as it is close to the national road in the centre of Crete. In the village of Perama situated the villa, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and various other amenities. \- Very near to the numerous sandy beaches on the North coast. \- Designed for both families and groups of friends. \- Our hospitality will be on hand for advice and information if need be. The beach where you can quickly go is only 4 km away while lively areas where you can find a variety of shops, taverns and supermarkets. However, in the village of Perama, which the villa is located, is easy to walk through, there are supermarkets, butchers, bakery, post office, bank, bancomat, hospital and a variety of other amenities. I personally and my family will take care of all the details of your holiday seven days per week, responsible for your day to day needs – from special dietary requirements to make recommendations and reservations! On your arrival day, I will be waiting to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the area! We recommend the car! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet sämtlichen Komfort und wurde jeden Tag in der Außenanlage betreut. The hosts were welcoming despite the lateness of our arrival and had local drinks and homemade food for us. The villa is everything you need for a fantastic holiday and is well presented and spotlessly clean. Bedding and towels were replaced twice weekly. Air conditioning was essential and the pool, outside dining and kitchen were excellent and well used. A car is essential for exploring the local area which has plenty to see and do but 2 supermarkets, a bakery, restaurant and a superb ice cream parlour and patisserie were within a short walk. Auch der Kühlschrank war etwas gefüllt und wir haben Obst aufs Haus bekommen. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts waren die Gastgeber immer zu erreichen, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Putztermine werden im voraus bekannt gegeben und können verschoben werden. An sich ist alles super. Auch in der Umgebung kann man etwas Unternehmen. The quality of the villa was excellent and didn’t want for anything, including the outdoor area which was perfect for a large group. What made it extra special was the personal touch from Harris and his family. We arrived to welcome drinks and any queries we had were answered immediately.
