If you are looking for a modern, well-equipped home located right by the sea and in walking distance to the beach & shops, then look no further. This lovely apartment, will provide a great base to discover the best places of Crete and at the same time, the ultimate relaxation you crave for! Its highest asset is the amazing sea & sunset views, the shared lawn garden with BBQ , playground, ping pong table and plenty sunloungers. To add the cherry on top, a shared 120sqm pool is a few meters away! The space A lovely 45sqm studio, that can host up to 4 guests. As you enter you first get to see an open plan living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can turn into two beds (and host the 3rd and 4th guest) as well as a small but practical kitche with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, glassware, toaster, children's utensils, wine glasses etc.) Glass doors isolate the double bedroom from the living room, providing privacy and making it ideal for families who want to share a studio with their children, yet have their own space. There is also a bathroom with a shower and satellite Smart Tv. Our studio is fully airconditioned and complimentary Wi-Fi coverage is accessible thorough the accommodation, inside and out. Furthermore right outside of the entrance of your studio, there is a private area with your own dining table for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner. Climbing a few stairs you will see your own private gazebo with an outside living room and the shared lawn garden with wonderful views. There is no wonder, why most of our visitors, choose to spend so much time, in the shared lawn garden in front of the property. Various children’s toys, as well as 3 bicycles (2 big & 1 small, only available upon prior request) and your own sunbeds or gazebo set the ideal ground to let it all go and enjoy some unique moments with your loved ones. Family gatherings & al fresco dining by the sea while the kids play safely next to you, will bring everyone closer and create the most amazing memories. Guests have also access to the apartment complex' shared pool just a minute walk from the house, with dimensions: 20mX7m ,depth: 1.4 meters with a shallow 3X4 m compartment 0.4 meters deep, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Full furnished and very quiet. A perfect place also to visit different places (south, east and west). Panormo is a charming village and the little beaches (sand) are very good place for children. Wir haben 16 wunderschöne Tage auf Kreta verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben :-) Mit unserer Wahl der Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr-sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist hervorragend - man kann sich nichts Besseres wünschen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend! es gibt einen sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Garten mit Sonnenliegen, einem Tischtennis-Set und ein paar Schaukeln für Kinder. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber, voll funktionsfähig. WLAN, Küchenausstattung, Bad/Toilette, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank - alles einwandfrei. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wenn man den kürzesten Weg (der Küste entlang) läuft, das Dorf mit zahlreichen Tavernas und Einkaufmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten. Panormo ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschöne Insel Kreta zu erkunden. Wir haben kein Auto gemietet, sondern mehrere verschiedene Ausflüge bei einem lokalen Reisebüro (gleich um die Ecke) gebucht. Jeder Ausflug war ein Highlight. Schlucht Imbros, Frangokastello, Chania, Elafonissi, Knossos, Plateau Lathissi, Höhle des Zeus...... So schön, interessant und abwechslungsreich! Wir haben viel erlebt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Natur, nette, freundliche Menschen, leckeres Essen, guter Service. Alles super! Kreta ist einfach nur traumhaft! ##### Valeria P. Ein wenig negativ war der Check-out. Leider ist Frau Lili nicht wie erwartet erschienen und ließ sich auch telefonisch nicht erreichen. Die dadurch schlechte Luftzirkulation führt zu schlechter Luft in der Wohnung. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. ##### Hanspeter C. Séjour de 15 nuits en juin 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jasmin S. 22 mai 2019 #### Alles prima! Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Lilis Apartment verbracht. Das Apartment war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist zum Kochen etwas klein aber im Garten gibt es einen Grill als Alternative. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Liegemöglichkeiten auch im Schatten und jeder Menge Spielgeräte für Kinder. Der Gemeinschaftspool war ebenfalls immer sauber. Die Gastgeberin Lili war sehr nett, bei der Ankunft standen für uns schon Toastbrot, Saft, Marmelade und Co für ein Frühstück bereit! Das Dorf Panormos kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen, dort gibt es Strände, eine Supermarkt und ein paar sehr schöne Tavernen mit tollem Meerblick! Sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Jasmin S.
