« Accueil agréable et personnalisé qui nous a permis de bonnes rencontres. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de la ville et il faut connaitre pour se déplacer à moindre coût. La nourriture est très épicé, il est difficile d'y échapper. L'hôtel possède un dispositif de sécurité important pour le calme des clients et la tranquillité est assuré. Un bon départ quand on ne connait pas le pays. »

« Hôtel en cours de rénovation, les chambres sont peu confortables, et peu propres. Les environs sont catastrophiques, car en cours d'urbanisation, mais pauvres. La plage est à quelques kilomètres et inaccessible autrement qu'en taxi, vu la circulation des voitures juste devant l'hôtel. De plus, il est bruyant, car fréquenté par des groupes qui viennent y fêter on ne sait quoi. Nous avons du nous en enfuir le jour même de notre arrivée, malgré l'offre d'une suite au lieu d'une chambre simple. A...

"Nous avions choisi cet établissement essentiellement pour son espace piscine car Chennai est limité en point d'intérêts et ses plages ne sont pas du tout appropriées à la détente. Quelle ne fût pas notre surprise de constater qu'elle était en travaux depuis avril sans que bien évidemment nous n'en soyons avertis. De plus cet hôtel est loin des critères d'excellence d'un 5 etoiles à part le prix ! Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre certes particulièrement spacieuse. Personnel très agréable et souriant mais pas du tout formé pour les exigences attendues d'un 5 etoiles. Une salle de sport non pourvue de vestiaires ni de douches : bonjour l'hygiène quand on passe de la salle de sport à la piscine qui la jouxte !! Tout simplement inconcevable sauf ... ici. Alors certes le hall est digne d'un 5 étoiles mais c'est le seul élément. Sincèrement au même prix, il vaut mieux étudier d'autres options. Je pense par honnêteté que si l'espace piscine avait été disponible mon commentaire aurait été moins dur même si je maintiens mes réserves "

"I had a fantastic stay at Taj Coromandel from March 28 to March 30\. The hotel’s prime location, elegant rooms, and exceptional service made for a luxurious experience.
