the checkin process being easy and the staff being friendly were the best part of this property. the room was musty, had hair from previous occupant in the shower, and the floor was dirty. the hallways smelled terrible, and the far end stunk of dog pee.

First the staff are friendly and helpful. Next the room was fully equipped with cups, plates, dish towels etc. shampoo and conditioner was great. Also, it was very quiet although it is near a busy highway.

Muskogee Stay

After a deep search they did find our reservation. Somehow it had been cancelled. The clerk was able to still get us a room for the days we needed. It was clean and well lit. Everyone was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was we could hear the person above us walk around all morning.

Room was not good for me.

I thought this looked like a great hotel, but there were a couple of big problems. I am a light sleeper and with no curtains to cover the window and block out all of the city lights, that was a negative. Also the choice of only a sheet or a sheet and a big, heavy comforter, made sleeping very difficult. Third. the A/C unit made a loud rumble every time it kicked in. I was curious why I needed to be on the 3rd floor near the end of the hallway, even though I checked in before 6pm. To top it off, the bathroom sink drain was clogged up. The room was clean and comfortable with nice features, but it was not a good room for me.

Location was fairly rundown and in need of a refresh. The door in my room had a crack, big enough that you could slip an entire book through not just a piece of paper. The showerhead was not on tight enough and was spraying water over top of the shower door and soak the floor in the bathroom. Additionally the refrigerator had somebody else’s food in it when I checked in.
