Beautiful room, wonderful breakfast, reasonable price to park in their lot on site. Hotel provided a complimentary bus pass, but we found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue was that the shower door didn’t seal properly and we had to mop up the floor with towels

Excellent value for the money. The hotel is in a great location, about a 15-minute walk from the city center and most of the main attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. Breakfast is included, but it’s very simple: coffee, croissants and bread with butter, jam, and a pumpkin spread. There’s nothing wrong with the quality, but if you’re expecting a more substantial breakfast, it’s worth planning ahead or adjusting your expectations. The staff is very friendly and genuinely tries to help. Their English is somewhat limited, which can occasionally make communication a bit challenging, but they always make an effort. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not offer a laundry service, so if you’re planning a longer stay and need to wash clothes, you’ll need to use a laundromat nearby. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel at a reasonable price.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!
