We opted for the Gold plan and loved it! Breakfast was included, small plate appetizers and canapés and then dessert served in an exclusive common room from 5:00. Excellent service.
But the hotel needs some refurbishing and updating. The desk chair in our room was literally shredded. This is a premium property. A wonderful and historic and perfectly located hotel. The Fairmount needs to give it some love.

I was not offered any meal or drink for two nights stay.
Also I am not happy that I paid with CAD for canadian transaction and was debited extra money charge for USD.
