The room was amazing with a good view. Club lounge and staff were superb. The only thing stopping a 5 star rating was the service at breakfast and in the evening at the main restaurant, which was slow at times.

The hotel was fantastic and in a really good location where you can enjoy the beach and you have restaurant and cafe options nearby for lunch and dinner (taxi's in Oman are very expensive). The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were so good. The breakfast buffet was amazing with such a variety of options to eatnfrom fresh fruits to freshly cooked eggs. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The stay overall was 10/10 and I would stay again!

Fantastic stay and we were totally looked after as we arrived extremely early in the morning and was offerred another room till ours was ready. So much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The staff in the Club room were so lovely helpful and friendly.

Being vegan i had to guess what i could eat at mealtimes and it would help if meals were clearly labeÄşed but fruit and salad was always available. The hotel was spotless and our room very clean

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great breakfast options. However we were disturbed by appalling noise disturbance from partying in the on site pub on two occasions, which lasted until 2am wife and was made worse by the huge central atrium which amplified the noise and made sleep impossible. The pub was also home to several “ladies” who plied their “trade” in full view of the management without being stopped - hardly a 5\* experience. The whole thing soured what was a lovely holiday.
