We enjoyed our stay. Being english speaking the front desk was accomodating and made us feel welcome.
Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and square which was a great way to unwind.
It felt like a relaxing piece of paradise

A comfortable bed - which was great.
But no hot water! When I told the front desk they said yes there was a problem but couldn’t compensate my stay as they didn’t have a supervisor to see me on duty.
That was disappointing
