Murrieta Hot Springs Vacation Packages

Parking was right behind the hotel but it was like jumping through hoops unless you knew the area. Most places have a small map to direct you but the front desk just give you an address and say follow it. I spun around for 15 minutes. I also brought my service dog (I called days before to inform them and asked if they needed my doctors papers to bring, they said no but they will note in my reservation. They didn’t, because when I arrived one lady whispered “service dogs can only stay one night? She has 3 nights?” It’s a service dog; she goes where I go.) but I made no fuss or said anything I just stood there waiting for my keys because I called ahead and when I was about an hour out I called to ask for parking to be put on my reservation; which wasn’t I had to double check because I wasn’t given a parking pass. I know house keeping didn’t come through because they probably thought I was leaving my dog unattended but she has a job to preform with me so my room wasn’t cleaned daily but I’m okay with that but I do like fresh towels instead of me going to the front desk and asking for a them

Best place for families to stay! We stayed at the villas on the green in what was more like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, huge comfy bed, giant jet tub, well stocked kitchen, large balcony, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. I wish they had more information via email or the website about the property and amenities before arrival. There are several pools, a water slide, fishing pond with free fishing equipment, golf and free golf club rentals, activities like s'mores around the fire pit and trivia, a rec room, and restaurants on site. Super clean, very friendly staff, parking included, and beautiful natural surroundings. It was about 40min in light traffic to Legoland and 30 to the Safari Zoo park. 15-20min drive to nearest grocery store. Cons: lack of information provided about the property and amenities and I found it near impossible to get a hold of the front desk/ concierge by phone and they take forever to respond to text requests. I had to call about a couple things before the trip and was on hold over 10 minutes 3 times I called and they didn't pick up any of the times we called from the room phone when they were there. They responded to the text messages through the number they provided about very simple things but not for more specific requests (we didn't have many). Though staff were super helpful and friendly when we did get a hold of them. I think they do timeshare presentations with incentives to attend but they weren't pushy at all about attending.

The rooms, facilities, location and amenities are all wonderful. Great property for families. The 4 stars is due to the lack of staff at times. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, during peak hours there were many tables that were not cleaned timely which left us waiting before we could sit. The same was true when attempting to get service poolside. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt like they were understaffed. Would definitely return.
