Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: Welcome to this stunning oceanfront condo - your dream vacation awaits! The unit is in Duneside I, which is located in the highly desired area, Garden City. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 10 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*STAIRS required - 3 flights\*\* From the parking lot, take the stairs to your unit (3rd floor) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Large family room area with direct oceanfront views. Large sectional couch with plenty of seating. Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Direct oceanfront views. Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1\. Bedroom 2: Spacious! 2 double beds.
