This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, private balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds. The common area features a full-sized swimming pool, outdoor shower, and professionally landscaped grounds. Sandy Shores II is an ocean-view complex across the street from the beach. Limit one parking pass per unit. Elevator. Trailers not permitted. Golf carts not permitted. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 4 The images and tours are provided to show the property's layout. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo. If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Location to beach was great. Pool was disappointing (small). Condo itself, kitchen limited dishes, no cabinet space for groceries or pots and pans were located in the dining room in a server, flatware and plates were located on kitchen countertop. We only had 2 small 6 inch cabinets that had glasses.. We stubbed out toes several times in kitchen due to the refrigerator sticking out . The master bathroom had a toilet paper holder clear across the bathroom that was rusty (you had to get off the toilet to get paper or get it before you sit down. People upstairs very heavy footed. Could hear street noise. Needs knock out curtains in bedrooms (sun was a wakeup call. AC worked GREAT! Not exactly what we expected but was better than a hotel room. ##### Roxanne K.
