The house was clean upon check in and the management company ensured we had everything we needed/requested throughout the week. While the house technically sleeps 22, the living space, particularly the kitchen and pool deck, are small. The dining table comfortably accommodates 8 people - you can seat more people at the counter, but then lose a lot of the limited counter space for meal prep / serving. The pool only has 3 lounge chairs and really not much space for more - not many for a large group. There's also only one refrigerator and one washer/dryer in the house (a second refrigerator is available outside, but not gated or locked). Overall, I'd definitely recommend this property, but for groups of 12 or fewer. ##### Tania B. This was the perfect 5 Star home for one of our best vacations ever. The house is fully renovated. Perfect location with amazing ocean views. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub both overlooking the ocean. Cooked great meals. And enjoyed the BASK Away chef and massage experiences, and we used their golf concierge.
