Relax on the covered front porch. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart. This is a golf cart friendly area, east of the hwy 17\. Super easy to get over to the beach. THE LOCATION Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area. East of 17 business. Walk, golf cart or drive the 1 mile for fishing or a sunrise stroll at The Pier at Garden City. Drive less than 3 miles south to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk – The Seafood Capital of South Carolina. You are sure to find a great place for lunch, dinner or a happy hour. Overlooking the inlet, the Marshwalk tranquil scenery, kayak rentals, boat cruises, parasailing, and a large of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. \*\*Less than 2 miles to SBB, a popular bar/venue for bike week. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are only a short 6-8 mile drive. This home looks like a duplex, but they are actually two separate homes just made to look that way. They are very private and do not share any walls, driveways, doors or windows . It’s a very neat setup! Not on site but can be available if needed. Quiet residential area. Less than a mile to garden city pier. 5 minute drive to the marshwalk in Murrells Iniet. Great central location! Golf cart friendly area. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic get-a-way, weekend of golf/fishing, or biker events. Guests must be 25 to stay. Families with children welcome! Probably the cleanest beach house and best decorated place we have stayed in. I would definitely stay here again. Property owner was very professional and great to communicate with. She gave detailed information which helped tremendously. Neighborhood is very quiet. House had everything we needed and especially loved the front porch. Overall it was cozy and comfortable. Also super plus that this property was pet friendly. We rented a golf cart and were able to access the beach, ice cream place, grocery store, etc. Very nice to walk your dogs around the block and neighbors are all friendly. There are 3 bedrooms 2 with king beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. It was my husband, my 4 year old granddaughter and myself. We also rented the golf cart from the hostess. Check in and check out were easy. The beds had wonderful soft sheets and there were plenty of clean white towels. We also had a coffee maker and a kureg. The property has a full size washer and dryer. The hostess gave me some great advice about taking my granddaughter to Savanah's playground and we spent one morning and one afternoon there. It was great. The only problem we had was the front door was difficult to shut and lock but I also understand that the humidity there causes this issue. It is close to restaurants and has multiple beach accesses close. It is also close to the Garden City Pier. All in a short golf cart ride.
