The house features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, ceiling fans, and hardwood flooring in the living and kitchen areas. Other amenities include four TVs (cable, 40-inch flat screen in living room), and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen, and one double-sized bed. All bedrooms include bathroom access (two have a private bath). Outdoor amenities feature a front porch with rocking chair (slight ocean view), a large channel front screened porch with breakfast table, chairs and swing, a fenced-in back yard (suitable play area for young children), picnic table, hammock, floating and stationary docks, two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water and towel hooks, golf cart charging outlet, as well as ample parking (some covered) with enough space to park a boat, if needed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, "Just Add Water" was a great house for my family's beach week. The location was great and the backyard/patio area under the home was ideal for relaxing on in the evenings. The only disappointment we experienced during our stay was the responsiveness from the property management. We had a bug issue our first night and that was resolved relatively quickly and I certainly appreciated the compensation due for our inconvenience. We also experience an issue with the washing machine as it overflowed onto the floors and it took quite sometime for someone to get back to us about having it fixed. It was never fixed during our stay and I hope the next tenant was informed it was broken before their stay as it could cause serious damage if turned on. It was quite disappointing that property management never reached back out to us regarding this issue and the inconvenience this caused us during our stay. ##### Kevin B. Comfortable living room furniture, nice dining table. Outdoor seating was good. Couch on back screened in porch was great for morning coffee with the overhead fan, rocking chairs on front porch caught the ocean breeze. Terrific hang out space under the house with the hammock, chairs and picnic table. Master bedroom mattress was good....yes, it is firm. Nice linens. Bathrooms are small. If you need space and accessibility in the bathroom, this is not the house for you. Dishwasher is dated. AC worked great for every room expect the Northeast bedroom. Nice dock. We launched kayak and SUP off the dock at high tide. Nice to paddle around. Outdoor showers were handy. Beach access was convenient. Loved walking down to the point for a "private beach" feeling.
