This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (43-inch Smart TV in living room, 32-inch Smart TVs in bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and one double-over-double bunk bed set. Outdoor amenities include a fenced-in yard with swing set, covered porch, enclosed shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill, and ample parking (including two covered spots). No dishwasher. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see dog-friendly property agreement for details. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo. If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and see the ocean from the front porch ! Very clean, decorated so so cute and comfortable. Neighbor across street was a sweetheart ! Neighborhood quiet except at night there were fireworks until almost midnight but most nights we really enjoyed that too and could see them from the front porch AND the living room bay window ! It’s very close to beach access. That was perfect. The place was just like it described. It is small even for the 2 of us and the dogs. The only complaint i have were how uncomfortable the beds were. It was like sleeping in a child’s bed. So hard. I believe upgrading to better quality mattresses would be in the best interest for your guests. My back couldn’t have taken another night in those beds i had to sleep on the couch. I get it is just their vacation home but the mattress comfortability should be of top priority in my opinion. Overall it’s an awesome house that i would book again. I just will make sure i invest in my own mattress topper next time. And I’m willing to leave it behind for the next guest to have a a better experience. ##### Lindsay A.
