Enjoy the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a 60 inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen and open dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together. The 2 full bathrooms feature a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent is available in the condo. There is also a back screened patio. The plus is the very responsive host. I reached out ahead of travel and during stay and she promptly responded and addressed my inquiries. All of the TVs ran off on WiFi so they didn’t work. For the adults it was no big deal, but it was difficult for the kids. Also, one of the kids puddle jumpers was stolen off our door. The host included an annual state park pass which we happily used all week for Huntington Beach— a wonderful gem of a beach with excellent facilities. The complex’s pool was lovely after a day at the beach. The rental property itself was cozy and clean and met all our needs for our week long stay! The check out process was so simple and so refreshing to not have to do 1million things before we left! When we stayed the kids room did not have curtains (which may have just been something forgotten after painting) so the light form the outside of the building was very bright in the room, luckily our kids had sleep masks so it didn’t bother them!
