This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Complimentary spa heat is provided year round however, because it is open-air, the desired water temperature may not always be achievable when outdoor temperatures—day and night—are below 60°F. Spa heat is most effective during mild or warmer weather conditions.

While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. For the spa, this is not a stand-alone hot tub—it is part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues.

THE FINE PRINT
• No Pets Allowed
• No Smoking - Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1,000 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation.
