This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, living room with private balcony, and central heat and air conditioning. Two flat-screen TVs (cable) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds, plus a sofa bed. Common area includes swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and on-site coin operated laundry. Limit one parking pass per unit. No elevators. No golf carts. No trailers. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo. If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach. Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Property perfect fit for 2 people with room to relax & have space individually. Would highly recommend in the property written instructions to clarify that a washer & dryer is not within the unit but outside of the unit in a separate location onsite. Especially important for guests with children I’m sure, Another important tip for this property is the access to these units of 4 to 5 floors, —it’s all stairs and no elevators— important for seniors with mobility issues going & up & down stairs with luggage, and daily back & forth to the unit, very stressful on your knees. ##### HENRIETTA I. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and nice. Wish carpet was replaced. Exterior of building needs work and I did notice some work going on. Plan to be back in the fall.
