2023 Updates: The owners of Beach House 105 have recently updated the unit with new mattress protectors (zipper-encased) for the twin and queen-sized beds, a memory foam mattress topper for the queen-sized bed, new bedside lamps in both bedrooms, and shower curtains in both bathrooms. In the kitchen, the owners have added new cutting boards, utensils and holders, a knife and block set, sippy cups, food storage containers, a portable toddler booster seat (secured to a chair), and a new light fixture over the kitchen table. A new smart TV has been added to the living room (cable) and primary bedroom (Roku, Spectrum TV app). Other updates include new chairs and tables on the porch, additional beach chairs, and a beach towel drying rack. This unit has been updated from top to bottom.
Beach House 105 is a two-bedroom, two-bath beach condo located 0.4 miles north of Garden City Pier. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, living room with private balcony, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three flat-screen TVs (cable), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
