Located 3.3 miles south of the Surfside Beach Pier, and 0.8 miles south of the Garden City Pier, this 3100 SF, 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom home features two levels of oceanfront covered porches with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of sitting space for the entire family. Other outside amenities include: a private pool, private beach access walkway, and outdoor shower. The oceanfront master suite features a Jacuzzi tub and porch access. A second king suite upstairs also has access to the oceanfront porch. The kitchen is finished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ample parking space for 6 vehicles with 2 parking bays (4 covered spaces, 2 driveway). See our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced. Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. With just steps to the beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing, to a private pool, our family was more than satisfied. Six of the seven bedrooms had private bathrooms; 7th was on main floor with that bathroom accessible to all. Rental was clean with good kitchen with eat in bar and plenty of dishes.
