Do you enjoy a commanding beach view, but still want to hear the soothing sound of the waves? This sixth floor unit in luxurious Horizon East is the perfect vacation home for you. This nicely appointed two bedroom condo has spacious rooms for the whole family to relax without bumping into one another. Enjoy the ocean and beach view every vacation day from the balcony or the well furnished living room. The dining table has a glass top for easy serving. The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable TV, two large closets and a dresser for ample storage space. There is a separate sliding glass door to the balcony from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (with the option to convert to a king upon request - please let us know if you want this added to your booking - a $15 fee does apply) and is adjacent to a full bathroom. The sofa converts to a queen size bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots and pans, with plenty of counter space for food preparation. Dishes, glassware and tableware are on hand. There are two barbecue grills down on the pool deck level for your use. You must supply your own charcoal. Linens are provided, beds will be made, beginning soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand so you will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper! Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions, and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are .7 of a mile south from Horizon East. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south. PLEASE NOTE: We manage eight beautiful oceanfront units at Horizon East, six two bedroom condos, and four three bedroom end units, perfect for family reunion vacations. The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. The view and beach access are great! The location is very family friendly and we saw a lot of other families. Its much calmer than the Myrtle Beach area, which is what we wanted. The location was great. The beach was beautiful and having the pool was a plus. The condo had a few paperback books and some playing cards, which were nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only slight negatives were having to check in elsewhere (but it was close) and not having any beach supplies such as beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. We’ve rented many beachfront condos and they typically have at least chairs and towels. Also, we couldn’t have a golf cart and keep it on site. Overall, these were relatively minor negatives and we had a great time. We left some beach supplies (beach towels, boogie boards, Spikeball) for the next renters to enjoy. ##### Jessica P. My first look at it made me worry what the inside of the condo was going to be like. I do want to say this condo is heads above every other condo I have stayed in when it comes to cleanliness.
