Ideal home for family with children or for those who love living the sea full immersion forgetting all means of transport. Three comfortable bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with services, shower, washing machine, hairdryer. A double bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the garden is a detached body of 2 meters from the main house, dining room and kitchen with gas oven and microwave.
Large patio of 50 sqm on the living area and garden level.
Overlying terraces for sunbathing and unforgettable evenings with sea view and ceiling stars!
Comfortable hot outdoor shower.
Secluded from the noise and traffic of the holiday resort, it is at the same time very close within 200 meters to the commercial squares, markets, restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
The beach in front of the house offers the possibility of umbrellas in a paid organized area or free beach.
The water is striking for its transparency, mild temperature and a bathymetry that increases very gradually.

#### Quality time deserves this location!
I had a long holiday at Paola’s house with my family. It was quality time in a dream location, just in front of the marvelous beach of Costa Rei. Comfortable, with a green grass with big trees making shadow and refreshing the temperature even in August. I just felt in a special place!

#### "Una settimana in costume da bagno"
La casa di Paola ci ha accolti con i suoi profumi e colori, un giardino con il prato appena tagliato e piacevole ombra degli alberi presenti offrivano un piacevole riposo anche nelle ore più calde della giornata. I profumi in cucina provenivano invece dai pomodori buonissimi a vista, dalle albicocche e pesche che Paola ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo! La distanza dal mare a 20 passi dall'acqua ..incredibilmente trasparente, pulita ..anche se spiaggia libera!!! Casa molto spaziosa, con un terrazzo grandissimo dove si stava sempre a magiare a giocare a carte a leggere … Le camere essenziali, ma la casa fornita di tutto il necessario… anche l'attrezzatura da spiaggia! Se posso dire l'unica pecca (essendo in sei ,coi nonni e bambini) ed essendo una casa grande..ci mancava la lavastoviglie..ma per una settimana ce l'abbiamo fatta:-) Sopra il tetto il terrazzo che di notte offriva uno spettacolo osservando il cielo stellato… Il paesino piccolo ma con le piazzette accoglienti e caratteristiche, offriva la possibilita di poter passeggiare, fermarsi a mangiare o bere in vari bar carini. Per i bambini lo svago di qualche giostra e gonfiabili… Non ci è mancato nulla davvero un puro relax! Costa Rei ci ha incantati e consiglio a tutti di visitare questo piccolo paradiso rislassante. Un grazie a Paola ..alla prossima!

#### Tolles Ferienhaus, beste Lage!
Sehr schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus. Gut zugewachsener Garten, dadurch viel Privatsphäre. Prima Lage, man kommt durch das Gartentor direkt auf den Weg zum Strand, etwa 30 Meter bis zum Sand. Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

#### Amazing house and location
This house was wonderful. One of the best houses we have ever rented. The owner Paola was so helpful, was very easy to contact when we had a question. The house is so close to the beach with amazing views from the terrace. We stayed with our two children and the grandparents stayed in the little house in the back, it was ideal! Haus mit tollem Garten und schöner Dachterasse. Neues seperates kleines Haus mit Doppelbett, Klimaanlage und Bad sehr schön. Haupthaus zweckdienlich, Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Paola, war immer sofort erreichbar. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

#### Sehr gute Lage, solide Ausstattung, reizende Vermieterin
Das Haus bietet 2 Schlafzimmer (4 Betten), großes Wohnzimmer, Essküche, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Küche (Gasherd) ist sehr gut und solide ausgestattet. Putzmittel, Waschpulver, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher für Küche, Bad und Strand sind Bestand. Große Terrasse, großer Garten mit 2 Duschen, Liegestühlen, Tisch, Stühlen, alles für 6 Personen, sogar Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle sind vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es noch ein kuscheliges, neu ausgestattetes Häuschen mit Doppelbett und Duschbad. Zum Strand sind es 50m, zu 3 Einkaufsläden und zu den Restaurants sind es wenige Gehminuten. Der breite Sandstrand und das flach abfallende Meer sind ideal für Kinder, lange Strandspaziergänge möglich.
