This property is middle of the road as far as accommodations, service and amenities. Food is mediocre at best. Not sure the all inclusive is worth the price.

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.
