Mouse Island Tours and Activities

I wish I read reviews of this place before I booked, as I'd stayed at Park Inns in other cities throughout the world, they've always been nice, so I bought this booking purely on name. Well, never again. While the place was clean, everything was just barely okay, like it wasn't terrible, but certainly absolutely nothing to please you or make you want to come back a second time. Sheets were wrinkled, there were some reviews of bed bugs which made us quite nervous and we checked, thankfully we didn't find any. There was very poor in room lighting, so if you want to just sleep there, ok, but it's not useful for doing anything else if you have a family. Without the AC going, the room felt damp. With the AC, it dehumidified, but was noisy all night, it never shut off. Even the front check in desk was dark. The whole place just seems run down.

The air unit was extremely loud in the room and made it very difficult to sleep. The unit produced a high pitched buzzing noise which wouldn't turn off even with the unit off. Overall great stay.
