"My overall experience was more than exceptional from the staff to the room. My first person I came in contact was Sam when I checked. He went above and beyond helping me know locations around the hotel by securing a map of the property. My second contact was a security guard by the name of Tony, He had suggestions of where to eat for breakfast and then followed up with making sure I was pleased (and I was). I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was at the Venetian. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Only downside was I wasn’t able to access the Sphere without going outside. ☹️"

"The check in people will give you the worst room in the worst tower. The manager was extremely helpful - provided a great room in the central tower. The Top of the World restaurant was amazing - don’t forget to ask for the hotel stay discount which is 20%. The comedy show was okay. Do not get unlimited drink special at comedy show - since they really do not come by to the table. Casino was very nice. Bungee jumping from the roof is pretty cool,"
