"I woke up and the water wasn't working. Called down and didn't get a lot of sympathy from front desk other than her explaining the power was out, like it's a normal thing. So no water in the rooms and no elevators, which meant people having to drag their luggage down however many flights of stairs. Of course casino was working just fine, no power outage there."
