The room was decently clean but definitely outdated and could do with pretty extensive renovations. Carpet, comforter, curtains, and walls were stained and counter tops were mysteriously sticky, but the linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi info was written on a wrinkled sticky note, which would be easy to miss. No overhead lights but there were lots of lamps, the bathroom was well lit, and the natural light from the big back yard was nice. My biggest complaints/concerns were that the front door had no deadbolt, just the lock in the handle, which didn’t seem very secure. The check in process is also not very straightforward. It seems that the owner/manager lives on the property, but no one came to the door when we rang the doorbell for the office. One of the staff members had to call someone to come down and hand us a key. They were not the friendliest nor very informative, don’t expect high quality service. I also ran out of water mid shower and had no running water for the rest of the night. It was back on again in the morning, but overall I didn’t feel the quality of the stay was worth the price.
