Our 5 Year old loved the pool, the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little too soft but that is personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The Apartment was actually a nice spacious unit. Large bathroom with Spa and washer and dryer facilities. Shower screen needs the limestone residue cleaned. The beds were good, extra pillows and blankets stored in the wardrobe was appreciated. Clean kitchen and with full facilities. Ceiling fan in main bedroom overdue to clean the fan blades. Power overloaded and lost power in the evening, office open on Saturdays until 7pm noted in the booklet, office closed at 6.50pm when requested assistance about the power outage. Staff member requested through intercom how to put the power back on, but that should not be the customer's responsibility. Customer service I would rate one star.

Really easy stop for us on our Road Trip. Room was spacious and absolutely perfect for a nightly stop. Pool was good, very warm and perfect for kids and a quick dip. The shower in the room is in desperate need of some bleach on the walls, a bit of black mould forming, apart from that the stay was good and the staff nice enough.

Last minute decision to stay in Mt.Gambier instead of driving on down the road a bit further, but there was something on in town and not many Hotels left too choose from. Nice big rooms though, parking was a bit tight. Would stay again :)

Our appartment was everything we needed, having the ability to wash our baby’s dirty clothes and even dry them was just amazing after holidaying in Adelaide and having to find laundry mats it just took the pressure off and allowed us to enjoy our time in Mount Gambia. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The beds were relatively comfortable and just loved our stay will be booking again and recommending them when we go visit family !!
