When we checked in after midnight, they had a light dinner and wine waiting for us. The staff was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. My only small complaint is a more consistent schedule for the shuttle service around the resort. "Lovely room and pool. Location is very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around the corner, as well as the beach. Room was spotless every day, fresh towels and sheets after each clean.
Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.
The only con to this hotel is the hair dryer. If you have thick, low-porosity hair, it will not work. I’d suggest bringing your own."

"Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. "We had an excellent stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. We received room upgrade which made it an extra nice stay. The AC works well, the bed if comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from the balcony was lovely! We would stay here again! It is on top of a hill, and not an insignificant one so keep that in mind when booking. They also have a free parking lot!"
