Room, facility, and breakfast are so great, but noteworthy, we really appriciated the owner's hospitality. Because of the COVID-19, it was too difficult to continue our trip, because many shops were closed, and many transportations are canceled. In such situation, the owner gave us vauable suggestions, for example, that we should check the circumstance of the border of neibour countries, or national order of BIH, so on. With her help, finally we could come back to our country. The second time was less positive -- different person at check-in was somewhat indifferent, similar maintenance issues (bathroom fan not working, old towels, etc.) Biggest disappointment was (lack of) breakfast. We arrived a full hour before breakfast was closed, and for group of 4, there was one egg, two small pieces of french toast, couple slices of cheese and tomato. After serving one cup of coffee, the staff person left, never checked if there was anything we might need (such as food for breakfast.)
