Morse Vacation Packages

My room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the room included a table and two chairs. The negatives: the toilet seat was loose and sliding. And the sink faucet was missing an aerator resulting in its water spouting uncontrollably in all directions.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with very comfortable beds, the only thing I could say that needs improvement was breakfast, it wasn't kept stalked very well , not because of the worker but because she was over worked having to do a lot of other things at the same time.

Management has way too many children. My family could not even enjoy the small pool because all 27 of them had it crowded and were unruly. They stayed out there the entire afternoon, evening, and a large part of the night, well past closing hours blaring loud vulgar music with no regard to others around them. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a family dwelling or zoo...Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There is a large roach infestation. Staff was unwelcoming with a few rude comments thrown into the mix. My reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were not queen, but rather full size and were not secured. Really the only good thing I can say was the breakfast..it was better than most hotels ive stayed at. We appreciate the opportunity, but won't be coming back.

I originally made reservations for a double room. Which is 2 double beds, we received a key for a single king did not realize until we walked into the room. That room had mold on the ceilings. Went back to the front so we can get the double that we paid for. Upon entering the double, there was old candy, wrappers and trash on the floors. Also the trash was not emptied from the previous guest or maybe the clean up crew. Not sure but obviously the room was not clean.
