This place was terrible. The door to the hotel didn’t lock, or even latch. The pull out sofa had blood on the mattress, there were no towels in the bathroom, the body wash for the shower was half used, there were crumbs in the bed, and the overall condition was run down. We would never stay here again!

Room outdated, lobby and elevator were filthy and unappealing, surrounding area was loud- there’s a bar next door and we heard music and car engines revving until after 2am. Would not recommend nor would we stay there again.

The furniture and carpet in the lobby are dirty. Found a few little cockroaches in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice, but yogurt was out of date. Toaster doesn’t work very well. Coffee was good. Everything well stocked and presented. The girl at checkout looked very tired poor thing. Sad fact is the location of our room in the back was situated across from a bar and it was noisy until midnight with bass music beats and cars revving their engines. Nothing can be done about that. Rooms were decent and refrigerator cold.

Shoutout to the the desk lady she helped me get a room last minute. Two restaurants next door with a bar for drinks. Room service crew comes to check on you in the morning to see if you need anything. Great service and would recommend!

Can’t think of a worse hotel stay…and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences. The place was dirty, the staff (franchisee?) was of little help. Country Inns should take their brand back.

I needed a comfortable place to stay during my road trip back to Miami and unfortunately I was met with a dirty room. The staff was very kind and pleasant but the place was dirty and even my towels had stains on them.

I checked into my room when to the bathroom and the towels were dirty. I went back to the front desk with the dirty towels and the clerk moved me from room 323 to 324. As I entered that room a strong order of piss was present. I entered the bathroom and the towel on the tub was stained. I went to my engagement returned to the room to get my bag, went back to the front desk, turned in the key and left.
