The property was very clean, however not in the best repair. I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy. Which makes me to think it’s intended to easily break based on the ‘shake down’ I received after booking the room. I had to either buy $59 insurance for damage to the facilities or agree to allow Jungle to hold $300 for 15 days, before they would provide a code to enter the facility. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property and feel it was a scam to get more $$$. This is a long story, end result- I got taken for and will never again use Jungle - absolutely deceptive practices.

The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped

Walking up to apt b in the back I was very worried about what inside was going to be. As I entered the back porch you could smell cat urine or mold not sure what smell it was. Inside was clean but still had a lingering smell. The A/C was not on and it was almost 109 degrees outside. I tried to get A/C working and was informed to turn fan on. That didn’t work and I then informed them the unit outside was not running. There response was “Please swtich the "Fan Button" to On and you may also open the window AC 😄”. AI Overview Yesterday (July 15, 2026), the outside temperature at Ohio Stadium reached a high of 95°F, with the heat index reaching around 100°F during the afternoon.
