Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into kitchen from fire escape. Fittings and furnishings cheap and tawdry. Toilet seat loose. No information about use of heating,microwave etc. in apartment. Appartment was acceptably clean and bed comfortable. Our enjoyment of our stay in Morpeth had nothing to do with the appartment and I will never use your agency again. ##### John G.
