For areas of improvement, the parking situation could be improved to reduce stress at check-in, being that the hotel requires you to make a separate request to get parking, even though the description says that parking is available (but it is not actually available unless you know that you have to make the separate request in advance because otherwise it is “full”). "Rooms on the back side overlook a dirty green zone and our room was placed in the newer building while we would have preferred being in the old building. Access to spa and swimming pool has to be made trough the entrance and the lobby plus the bar, not very adequate in bathing gown. Otherwise, very nice staff and good kitchen. Service at the bar a little too superficial."

"Luxury hotel with great views and access to lake Como. Our room was really spacious with a great view. The shore area offered a great way to reach the water and breakfast was delicious. Service was also very good. Thing that could be improved: beach area seemed to open late and at different times each day (11:15/12:30pm). Also limited food options during the stay - either very fine dining in restaurant at night or pizza (only) at the beach bar. A broader menu for dinner would’ve been welcomed. "

"I received the best massage I've ever experienced, here. The pools and spa are excellent, would love to come back to return for a relaxing getaway. Transportation to any of the other restaurants, or into the city, is definitely challenging due to how high up on a mountain it's located. "
