Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history. Once a perfume establishment, this has been carried over into hospitality. Each of the rooms have been appointed a scent associated with the company and our room smelt amazing. Would i visit this hotel again? Definitely.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down.
