Very well located hotel, easy to get around the city by walking and public transport. If you fly from Linate (LIN) just 20 min with metro.
Spacious room, very clean everywhere. Extensive breakfast with a buffet and freshly made menu.
AC is working so-so as it turned out is somehow centrally controlled also the water refills could be a bit better.
Overall very good experience and would stay again.

Room was large and immaculate. Housekeeping always in when you are out to tidy up. The property is beautiful and a retreat itself, so much common space available. Location was close to greet admiring you needed. We prefer to walk but noticed most guests preferred drivers. One thing that was unusual was our room only had skylights and no windows…just a little different not bad. Highly recommend for a trip to Milan.

"This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” ..."
