Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel.

This hotel was amazing. We had an apartment room that was spacious for European standards. The hotel was perfectly located. Milan was very walkable and transportation was easy due to the subway locations. I would definitely stay here again. The fact that it was right next to the Duomo was awesome.

This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend.
