James on reception was excellent with perfect English which helped. He explained everything slowly and calmly and directed us to our room. The room was perfectly suitable with functioning air conditioning, and soft pillows, and although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was again perfectly adequate.

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.
