This modern home nestled between the South Mountain Game Lands and South Mountain State Park at about 2,600 feet in elevation, is the perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious patio with stunning views, then unwind by the fire pit or stargaze in the evening with your favorite beverage. ⸻ The space House with modern vibe features: • Two bedrooms, one with a comfy king bed and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The other is a spacious room either one queen bed and two twin bunk beds with a recliner. • 2 bathrooms • A well-equipped kitchen with coffee creamer, and sugar are provided. Along with all essential cooking needs. • A cozy living room with a sofa and chaise lounge, two chairs by the fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with DVD player.
