They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off. Other than that this resort is astonishing.

Overall good property activities and dinning. Worst part is the service. None of the staff there want to be there. They ignore you when you ask a question. They do not want to help you. Concierge will never get back to you. Since there is a 15 percent service charge on every purchase no one actually needs to work to earn their tip. It’s already included. Resort should change this and service will improve.
