Step inside and you’re welcomed into a warm, open-plan living space where the country-style kitchen, dining area and snug lounge flow together beautifully — ideal for lazy breakfasts, home-cooked suppers, and relaxed evenings in.

The brand-new kitchen combines traditional charm with modern comfort and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, fridge and all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

After a day of crisp countryside walks, curl up on the sofa and enjoy a cosy night in with the 40” Smart TV, free high-speed broadband and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

A charming spiral staircase leads upstairs to a peaceful double bedroom, a cosy single bedroom (perfect as a dressing room or extra space), and a family-sized bathroom. The bathroom features a deep bath with an instant hot-water shower and handheld attachment — perfect for warming up after a winter’s day out.

Fresh bed linen, heated blankets, fluffy towels, bathmats, shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath are provided, so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.

-The cottage is accessed via a shared corridor from the high street. Only the street entrance is shared — the cottage has its own private front door and remains completely separate and private.
-Set over two levels with a narrow spiral staircase; guests should take care and use the handrails.

Self check-in - there is a key safe for the high street door, the cottage door has a private key pad door handle for a code supplied to you prior to arrival. Check in is after 3.30pm, check out before 10am

Moreton in Marsh Train station, offers frequent trains direct from London Paddington station (1hour, 30 min) and also has direct trains to Worcester/Hereford/Oxford.

There is a bus service connection to Cheltenham via other Cotswold villages such as Bourton on the water (the little Venice of the Cotswolds) or Stow on the Wold. There are also Bus Connections to Stratford upon Avon (the birthplace of Shakespeare) and Chipping Norton.

A few helpful notes for your stay:

Electric Fireplace & Blankets: The electric fireplace warms the space very quickly, but please avoid leaving it on for extended periods or when the property is unattended—especially overnight or while you`re out. The same applies to the electric blankets provided on the beds.

Dishwasher Use: To help protect the kitchen worktop, please avoid over-stacking the dish rack. We recommend using the dishwasher provided for convenience and to prevent excess water buildup.

Soap Dishes: We kindly ask that the ceramic soap dishes be kept in place under the taps to avoid water damage to the surfaces.
