Featuring a king-size bed and a super-king bed, the spacious layout comfortably accommodates four guests across three floors. With charming Victorian flooring in the hallway and high ceilings, the house is brimming with character. Unwind in a delightfully private garden, the perfect retreat after an activity-filled day. Guests are welcomed into a spacious Victorian hallway adorned with a beautifully maintained tiled floor. To the right, a contemporary living room awaits, thoughtfully furnished to compliment the home's character. This cosy space features a log burner, inviting sofas, and a Smart TV. Continuing towards the back of the house, you'll discover the dining area, highlighted by a large antique pine table surrounded by four chairs. The view of the back garden sets the stage for delightful dinner parties! At the rear of the house lies a generously sized , modern kitchen. It comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring all of your culinary needs are met. The kitchen conveniently opens up to a private garden and patio, an idyllic spot for alfresco dining during the summer months. The garden exudes a tranquil ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious Super-king bedroom and modern family bathroom, equipped with an overhead shower and roll top bath. Ascending to the top floor, there is a spacious study with a grand desk and another large bedroom with a King-sized bed. The bedroom looks out over the beautiful Cotswold hills Both bedrooms have clothes storage and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. Guests have access to the whole property, including the private garden. There is a key box to the right of the front door. No parties, no vaping or smoking in the properties . Please respect quiet times from 11pm to 7 am. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
