We booked through Expedia with a "pay at property" plan, however, they charged a card I was not planning to use at 5:30am the day we were going to arrive. I was told I could change the payment type at check-out, but due to a system error they had, a manager would have to call me later that day to update the payment. I never received the call and when I called them the next day, I was told it was too late. The rooms are clean, but old. Our shower doors were broken and slid open, the toilet paper roll was so far away from the toilet that we had to take it off the holder and place on the toilet for anyone to be able to reach it, some outlets didn't work, wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom, etc. Scott at the restaurant/bar was super friendly and we enjoyed his bartending, unfortunately the food that was served was cold. Overall, we wouldn't go back, but the location was near every major attraction if you're ok with just an "ok" experience.

While the hotel was within walking distance of our planned restaurant, there wasn't much nightlife to walk to. We also found the room was ridiculously small. So small that we could not open the drawers to the dresser and the bathroom had strange closet like double doors (which were very difficult to open from inside the washroom) because a real door would not have fit in the room. There was not even space to have our suitcases open other than on the bed. The room was also very dimly lit and our only window faced directly into the parking garage next door. Won't be back.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.
