The living, kitchen dining area is open with plenty of windows. We are close to marinas and the ferry to Cape Lookout National Park. Only 30 minutes to Beufort and Morehead City. The house was very clean and kept in impeccable shape The kitchen was the best supplied with appliances and pots and pans ,silverware and glassware of any home I've stayed at previously. It was a beautiful, well kept house with all of the amenities we needed, and in a perfect location for our daily fishing trips. We will be returning! We arrived shortly after hurricane Helene, which did not affect Harkers Island, but our host who lives in the western part of the state was severely affected.
