The house was very clean and kept in impeccable shape The kitchen was the best supplied with appliances and pots and pans ,silverware and glassware of any home I've stayed at previously. It was a beautiful, well kept house with all of the amenities we needed, and in a perfect location for our daily fishing trips. We will be returning! We arrived shortly after hurricane Helene, which did not affect Harkers Island, but our host who lives in the western part of the state was severely affected. Our place became the Harkers Island Ferry and National Park Service headquarters. The house was great for family get togethers, great beds, Ac, well stocked kitchen and clean! Convenient to all Cape Lookout activities. Even if it was just the 2 of us I would rent it again. Hosts were great and attentive.
