Third Floor (Top floor), private condo in gated oceanfront community with two pools, tennis courts, grills, bike racks, and clubhouse with an indoor heated pool and gym! Location is close to everything - grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars! Cozy condo on the third (top) floor. The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. Queen bed. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Newly renovated cottage kitchen. Custom cabinets & shelving, quartz countertops, and new range! Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator. Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. Also, very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great walking area too, and very close to the beach. I liked having restrooms close by at the club house too while on the beach. It was a one minute walk to Pebble Beach. There were 3 pools abs a hot tub. There wasn’t a whole lot in the workout room, but it’s okay! Highly recommend Beaufort Parasailing, Emerald Isle Massage for couples massages and Cedar Island Ranch for horse back riding along the outer banks!!
