Oceanfront pool!! Pine Knoll Townes are located in Pine Knoll Shores, almost right across HWY 58 from the NC Aquarium, for easy access to shopping, dining and other recreational activities in either Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. These townhouse-style units have the living/dining room, kitchen and half bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Each unit has a private patio off the living room and a deck off the master bedroom with an ocean view. Entering this 2 story beach retreat and you feel like you are at home. Cute full kitchen in pastel yellows well equipped with all major and small appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Gather in the comfortable bright dining/living room area with 42 inch TV/DVD adjacent to the patio. You will also find more than enough seating for the whole family to gather in front of the flat panel TV to enjoy a show or watch a DVD. Upstairs the Master Bedroom with its own balcony with a custom designed shade for comfort. The Second Bedroom offers two Twin Bunk beds with Double Beds and a TV/DVD/Blueray player as well. Additional amenities to this unit 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Access to the Oceanfront Pool and boardwalk to beach. Unit has outside grill and patio furniture. Soak up the sun and watch the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. This unit features 3 TV's with cable, WIFI Internet, Roku, microwave and a stack-able washer/dryer. This unit is non-smoking and rents Sunday to Sunday. Parking right in front of unit for 2 vehicles and you can be unloaded and enjoying the beach in no time. Check our discounted off season rates. This was a great little vacation place. I thought the house was cute, nicely decorated and perfect size for family on vacation. It had plenty of beds, which were surprisingly comfortable and lots of outlets for charging multiple devices. There were few drawbacks though, only have a charcoal grill, which would have been a lot of work to just grill couple hot dogs or something quick for kids to eat lunch. The deck outside the master bedroom has zero privacy. There is a banister between you and your neighbor, but your basically sitting on deck together. The downstairs area is private, but you can’t see the ocean down there. And it definitely was not the cleanest place I ever stayed at, shower was dingy and curtain had mold, even some of dishes were put away dirty, so I had to basically clean everything before we used it. But we were on vacation so we didn’t spend much time in the house anyway, basically just needed a place to sleep. And like I said the beds were very comfortable, the area was very quiet, we felt safe and secure in the property at night, so all in all I would definitely recommend this property and would consider staying again if we decide to visit the area again. ##### Nicole F. Enough room for their friends to share the journey with us. The townhouse is super clean, really nicely stocked, super quiet and nice neighbors, and ideally located! 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. 5 minute drive to the grocery store, souvenir shopping, laser tag/axe throwing and the super cute town park (splash pad, mini golf, basketball, skate park, playground and much more). 10 minutes to GoKarts. 15 minute drive to downtown historic Beaufort. This place was perfect for our family of 6, including children from ages 4-11\. It is a super easy walk to the beach, close to the aquarium and shopping, and the pool was a nice option to have. The house was clean and and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a bit cozy but sufficient. The one downside was only having one shower when six people all wanted to take a shower right after the beach, but we managed just fine. Owners were super nice whenever we communicated and seriously, the beach in Pine Knoll Shores is the best. Good waves, soft sand, never crowded and so accessible. We loved it and I would go back again to this property. ##### Alecia D. It had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Just as advertised with a beach side location and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool is on the way and has a new deck. We had a rainy day and enjoyed all the entertainment options at the condo and nearby. We visited the aquarium and went to Beaufort for dinner and shopping. The overall experience was good, but a few minor complaints. Having to bring your own bedding and bathing supplies seems a little unnecessary. One couple didn’t realize those things were needed so they had to go buy them. When going to a place like this it should be assumed that those things are supplied by the host. My husband and I stayed here for a rehearsal dinner and wedding in town. Mark provided the perfect packing list for anything that we might need that wasn't already provided. I appreciated the mattresses were not old and lumpy like many vacation cottages I have stayed in. We got a great night's sleep both nights!
