This home was built with energy efficiency and fun in mind. ''ISLAND TIME'' is located about a mile from town along Coast Guard Rd. The new bike path is right outside of our Dolphin Ridge development. It's a great addition to EI. You can rent a bike and explore the entire island or you can relax and enjoy the private pool. We also have our own personal golf cart. It makes getting to the beach a lot of fun. If you prefer a leisurely stroll to the beach; it is only 4 short blocks. Along the way you may want to pause and gaze at one of the various ponds overflowing with wildlife. Everything went smooth from day one of booking this trip and if we had any questions the host was quick to respond to any of our questions. The house was spotless the day we moved in, the use of the golf cart was helpful as we used the car to bring the beach stuff to the beach access ( which is only 2 min. away ) then used the golf cart to take everyone to the beach and parked the cart there. We brought our own beach toys for the kids but they even had sand toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, etc. The golf cart was great for trips to the beach and the pool was fabulous when we returned! Our family finds it very comfortable with a nice pool, spaces for kids, a screened in porch for peaceful mornings. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the things we needed to make meals. The pool was perfect, in the sun part of the day and shade the other part. We loved having a golf cart, would have koved it even more if we could have taken it out of the development. Access to the beach was easy with the use od the golf cart. It was so nice to have Brian as our POC. He was great! He sent us ihelpful nformation and was really genuine about wanting us to enjoy our week. The owner was wonderful as well. Maybe a quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach! Very clean and stocked with all the extras! Beautiful community and very family friendly!
