Parking is located on the property and motion sensor lighting guides your way at night. The studio is a half block from Lowe’s Food grocery store and several restaurants. The hospital is one mile away and the bridge to Atlantic beach is four blocks away. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking (I was not!) there’s only a microwave and a grill available outside. The location was private with a grocery store and breakfast spot a block away. Finding this gem was a total accident but was by far the best experience we have had. Randy was everything and more then what prior reviews stated he was. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Please check out his fruit trees out back, they have some of the best pears I’ve ever tasted. Even though our trip didn’t go according to plan we made the best of it and explored all the area had to offer. We never ran out of things to do and every evening when we came back Randy welcomed us and exchanged stories of different adventures. The room was perfect in size for a couple or a family with one child. Clean and efficient. Perfect location to stores and less then 5 mins to beautiful beaches and historic places to visit.
