It felt like we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. There was a Dollar General across the street so it was easy to grab food to cook for ourselves or to pack for the beach. The beach was just steps away. The room fit our family of four (two adults, two kids) comfortably. We appreciated the humidifier, fans, and working AC unit. We would easily come back. The only drawback for us is that we would have loved to stay around the corner of the building so we could have a view of the ocean, instead we got the parking lot view (but not a deal breaker). With that being said a couple of things just for owners to consider to make it even better. The dinette table in the living room serves no purpose due to all the cable equipment sitting on it and all the wires and everything exposed took away from the beauty of the room. Also in the bedroom area even though it’s a tight space maybe have sone kind of tray or side table that can pull down from the wall. Nowhere to sit anything. Also make sure to dump dehumidifier before you go to bed or you will be woken up to an alarm. Having said that it would not keep me from renting this unit again.
